We are looking for a Solutions Architect with 3+ years of experience to help our customers secure their AI! 💪

This role entails a unique combination of R&D and customer challenges - you’ll lead POCs, tackle customer-specific challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

You will work closely with customers, the product team, R&D and the sales team to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-specific initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the lifecycle of POCs, feature development, and research.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
• Work closely with product, R&D, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams as well as the customer-facing teams.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of our products based on customer feedback and requirements.
• Drive innovation through technical research and experimentation, ensuring we stay ahead of customer needs and market trends.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings and customer workshops to demonstrate the technical value of our solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in research and development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in tackling complex customer-specific challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
