Aim Security is looking for a Marketing Designer to take ownership of our brand and visual identity. Reporting directly to Marketing and working closely with our Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the creative face of Aim Security.

About the Role
Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and refine Aim’s visual language and brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Own the design and performance of the company website, maintaining its quality and effectiveness.
- Support sales and marketing efforts with impactful designs for social media, presentations, and customer reports.
- Collaborate with Product Design to ensure all visuals align with strategic objectives and maintain consistency across assets.
- Explore and implement new creative concepts and trends to elevate our brand.
- Contribute to internal and external design initiatives as needed to strengthen brand recognition and engagement.
Requirements
- A self-starter with strong execution and communication skills, capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
- A creative thinker eager to experiment, iterate, and stay on top of the latest design trends.
- Proven expertise in visual design, including typography, colors, layouts, and patterns.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC suite and other design tools like Figma and Illustrator.
- Skilled in motion graphics, with experience using tools like After Effects (or similar).
