The Elevator Pitch
AIM Security is seeking a creative, energetic, and results-oriented Head of Buzz to lead our brand awareness and engagement efforts. This is a high-impact role that reports directly to the CMO and is responsible for generating excitement, fostering a strong community around our brand, and ensuring AIM Security remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity conversation. The ideal candidate will be a master storyteller, a digital native with an AI-first bias, and a strategic thinker with a proven track record of creating impactful buzz-generating campaigns.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Create Buzz! Design and implement strategies and campaigns that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and create a positive perception of AIM Security within the cybersecurity landscape and beyond.
- Content Creation and Curation: Lead the creation of engaging and shareable content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, videos, podcasts, and press releases. This includes identifying trending topics and developing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media channels (with focus on LinkedIn), developing compelling campaigns, monitoring conversations, and actively engaging with our community.
- Public Relations: Collaborate with PR agencies and internal teams to manage media inquiries, prepare press kits, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify our message and secure valuable endorsements and coverage.
- Community Building: Foster and nurture an active online and offline community around AIM Security, encouraging user-generated content, facilitating discussions, and organizing engaging events (both virtual and in-person).
- Trend Analysis and Reporting: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging buzz-generating techniques. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of buzz campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital engagement strategies
- An AI-forward mindset, with an appetite for constantly experimenting with AI to push creative boundaries with limited resources
